6L6 variants in Rachel?

Specs for the Rachel (341.5) state 6L6G.  Are other 6L6 variants such as 6L6GA/B and 6L6GC also appropriate and safe to use?  Thanks.

Yes, according to my RCA tube manual. Note that the 6L6GC is an up spec'd 6L6G/A/B so it is safe to use in any 6L6 circuit, but you can not use other 6L6s in a 6L6GC circuit.
