Sounds like a ground loop to me. You might check the routing of your interconnects and power cable to see if that changes anything.

Best,

I had a hum in my amp last week.  I called Decware to schedule an appointment and was lucky enough to talk to Steve.  He assessed my problem accurately, which led to a quick fix.

My suggestion is to try it with no input connected and see if the problem persists. If it does you can try moving it to a different circuit in a different room and/or trying new tubes and/or talking to Steve. High frequency noise sounds more like electromagnetic interference (EMI) or possibility a noisy tube than a ground loop to me, but I don't claim to be an expert so JMO/FWIW/YMMV and all that.

Yeah, a noisy tube will cause a high pitch hum. My SE84 rectifier tube makes a noise like that. Still using it, because I like it! Can't hear it in the speakers or my listening position.
