I’ll keep whichever one doesn’t sell.  Both are in excellent aesthetic and functional condition, and come with remote and stock power cord.  I think they both sound great for the price point, and not all that much different in my system (the D70 may have a very slight edge).  I’ll include CONUS shipping at my asking prices.  Add 3.5% for PayPal.
