Additionally, I'd love to know options, anniversary mods, etc. I remember Steve mentioning a price sans tubes in the dev thread. I wonder if it will ship without tubes, with cheap ones, or with WE tubes at an additional price.

I have an order for an MKV in, and will keep it. If the 300b comes out and gets rave reviews, I'll just have to order one in addition to...well, if the wife will allow it! ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I highly doubt I’ll have one of the first 300B DECWARE amps, would love to though. I would even buy a bunch 300B tubes and report back... If I was to get an early one Wink

Around 1,500 on the build queue. So maybe in 2 years I’ll get one, and by then there should be some reports of how the different 300B tubes sound in the amp. I’m sure some are going to switch their orders once the 300B is proclaimed.

No official anything yet about the amp. What is in the development thread is all I know about the amp.

I’m still excited about the Torii MKV with my name on it.

From what I have noticed, any order in the queue is basically a place holder for whatever it is you decide to eventually stick with, up until before parts are pulled.

I would think there will be many folks that would change whatever they have currently on order in the queue to a 300B once it is actually offered and on the website.

Since the addition to existing orders has been ceased, unless someone changes their current order to a 300B, Steve wouldn't sell one until a couple years from now with a 1500+ wait list.

Things are slowing down.
The difference between 14 orders shipped per week and 11 (for example) is an extra 4 months of waiting if you started at (for example ) 900.
Well, this is what happens to people with time on their hands. They start crunching numbers.
