Pete Holley's UFO for vinyl & radio - New Orle

I picked up the Tekton Mini Lores in advance of receipt of the Zen amp. My P3-24 TT with a Benz Micro ACE cartridge feeds a Dynavector MkIV phono stage. The Audible Illusions Modulus 3B handles the sources. Omega Mikro cables all around with Pierre Sprey's (R.I.P.) Amish collaborative HiFi rack holds it all in place. Locals in the city with an interest are invited to give me a holler.

Really nice! It all looks cool and classy. I'll bet it sounds like heaven.

Donnie, Brad, thanks for the good words!  We had the red tone custom to match some color in a carpet we have on the wall downstairs ... but these speakers wanted to go upstairs anyway.  While this loft-like room has its sound limitations, this rig is a satisfying arrangement. Now, back to "It's a Man's World" by James Brown.  Dig it.

I've got a pair of Mini Lores awaiting a SE84UFO2.1 that I have on order as well!  Hoping it will arrive some time in the summer.  In the meanwhile, have the Mini Lores hooked up to my old set up.

Look forward to hearing how they perform in your set up.

Ashutosh, how did it go?  Got the Dec amp by now?  The Zen does drive the Mini Lores, maybe not quite as loud as I sometimes like when listening far field ... but quite satisfying most of the time.  Did you see the wait times for Dec amps now?  18-24 months ... Wow, the company must be thrilled if not somewhat intimidated.  Fantastic.  Let me know, I'll try to visit the Forum more often as I do want to buy and or build a true open loft space in a home for my "articulate" system (versus the BTO/Rainbow one that hits hard).
