Has anyone specificallyused this older tube type in place of EL34? If so, what were your results. Is it compatible with the Torii MK IV? It seems the MK IV can take whatever tube that will fit in the socket...sort of joking, but it's really a remarkable amp that can handle 6L6 all the way up to a KT88.
