Here is my glow tube regulated 'zkit4' wired up point to point. Used a 100K pot on the output and added a 3 input switch.

Very Quiet. IMO adds some dynamics, and is a nice way to clean up the sound from cheap solid state streamers. Dead simple to build.

Chassis is from front panel express.
