Different capacitor (Read 4370 times)

Geno Seasoned Member Offline Without music, life would be a mistake. Posts: 2311 Pearl, MS	Different capacitor 11/03/18 at 18:11:31 I got the standard capacitor in my SE84UFO. Has anyone compared it to the copper cap or a totally different one?

Hi Geno,
In general, I am a HUGE fan of the Jupiter Copper & Foil (aka Type II) capacitors. And there are plenty of others in the wild that feel the same about these caps.

I have them in several of my Decware gear and can't speak highly enough about the improvements over the standard Beeswax (Type I) that they bring - at least in my system and considering my sound preferences.

If you were considering upgrading, I would say that it would be a sound investment.
