Amen. I have the ZTPRE with a red faceplate and all the options listed here but the unbalanced input. LOVE this preamp. I was very ambivalent about preamps, including the Decware CSP series, until I installed the ZTPRE--unquestionably this is contributing to the best sound I've ever had within my system. Grab this if you are thinking of a preamp and you can!

Hi,

I would be interested in purchasing your Zen Triode preamp if you would accept $3200 for it. Let me know.

Thanks,
Michael

P.S. I live in San Francisco for shipping considerations. You?

I am in Virginia. $3200 is a bit low, especially with shipping that far. Thanks for the offer but I will see if ii get better offers or go to Audio Mart.

The ZTPre is no longer for sale. I decided to put it back in my system after I upgraded cables and compare it again to the hybrid preamp I bought to replace it. The ZTPre was so much easier to listen to with my ZMA and speakers. The other amp was fatiguing and not really more transparent. The ZTPre also blew the other preamp away in dynamics in the midrange and bass. I will use a XLR switch box for Home Theatre bypassing the ZTPre and I can handle switching the other inputs manually since I have to get up anyway to play an LP. Glad I did one more listen.
