Hey Martin,

I think that you would be satisfied with the clarity and the warmth that you would get from the Mapleshades, but do you need 30 feet? If you do, then I think that they would work fine for you. They were made with home theater in mind, but I have used them to good effect with a number of speakers (including a pair of Zu Essence that I had for several years), but they actually turned out to be too long for my application. I don't want to discourage you from buying them, but I want you to be satisfied with them if you do.
