That looks 3D printed.
If not printed, the work in making the injection molds would be epic.
Sometimes I miss doing that kind of work.

Poking around on the page, it looks like they were milled one row at a time, then each row was assembled in order for the final product. Which is exactly what Palomino and I were discussing doing with hot wire cutters - but I had to put that project on the back burner for my HT rebuild and Axpona diffusers.
