The PCV Tube size

Is the 2 inch the inner diameter or the outer diameter?   What did you use to cut the holes?  Keyhole saws are expensive!

If using the white PVC, 2" is the outer diameter. A 2" hole saw works (my son and I just drilled the holes a couple days ago for our build.
