Hi friends,
I'm figuring I'll need to call Steve on this one, but today I noticed the volume dropping in my right channel. I traced it all the way back to my Torii Jr or my speakers by process of elimination, and then, after switching the leads in my speakers, discovered it was the Torii Jr. Switching output tubes between left and right (again, while powered off), showed me that it wasn't the tubes. After switching the speaker leads back, I turned the Jr on and ...

Nothing. No power to any of the tubes.

Did a fuse blow somehow? I was careful to turn the amp off any time I switched speaker inputs.

Was the volume change in the right channel a signal that the amp was dying?

Any and all advice appreciated! I haven't yet changed all the tubes to see if a different set will make it power on.
