24 Volt Aikido Headphone and Linestage Amplifier

I am selling one completed 24 Volt Aikido Stereo Headphone and Lines Stage Amplifier kit. The PC Board is completely assembled with oversized heat sinks and is ready to be installed in the enclosure of your choice. Also included are a 25 volt H-PS-1 voltage regulator board with power transformer and 4 NOS 6GM8 tubes. This is a fantastic sounding headphone/preamp combination. I just have to say this Glassware headphone amp is by far some of the most beautiful wiring that I have seen in a very long time. Also, the build quality couldn't have impressed me more. When I get ahold of something like this, I know that I have my work cut out for me finding/making a chassis that will do it justice.

Tony,

Lost your email address somehow. The amp is great, and it gets better. I am using yet another old chassis with a few of the parts from the chassis that I made the headphone amp from. This is a very old PS Audio 'Revelation' pre amp that I owned decades ago. I will put a buffer in there, use the volume controls that were spared from the original ADS amp chassis, and even have a 3 input selector. Will have photos sometime in the future when I get caught up on other little projects.
