I'd rather own both the ZMA & Torii IV (in which I do own/purchased), than one (1) Audio Research VSi75.

The VSi75 is just another boosted/negative feedback Amp with Circuit Boards etc...that sounds like Solid State (unfortunately) - at $8000 firm + tax.
