 Interested in purchasing this unit. Currently using an Antique Sound Lab aq1003dt. 30wpc. Making the move as we like Made in America. Are there going to be differences other than that. Using Klipsch speakers and spinning vinyl.

If you staying with Decware's low power amps, look at the Mini Torii as well.  The MT works very well with Heresies.

Should be a good combination.
I have a pair of 1981 Heresys that work very well with an EL84 based amp (2 watts triode or 5 watts pentode).
