I'm betting that photo doesn't do the color and finish quality justice. That looks hot in that little setup!

Photos never do. I still smile everytime I walk into my room and look at the finish on my HR-1s.

John, you're correct. I  think David filtered out the rest of the colors as the photo looks B&W with just the red/orange showing. you can see that in the floor.

Here is what I saw in my room before I shipped them....

I always smile too. My current pair is painted the same color as Zygi's and I love it. I ordered my second pair in maple.

You know, I kind of like the orangish red glow ... it's almost like a burnt orange that you would see in the mid century modern color palette.  I could see them right at home in this picture.



Paired up with the Mac stuff (which always looks retro no matter how new it is), it's just a cool looking setup!

beowulf, I was thinking exactly the same thing about the Burnt Orange. It's my favorite color on Hot Rods!

Someday I'll have a pair of HR-Ones...right now I'm struggling to save up for the Torii Mk IV!
