I'm looking to step into a Torii, and hoping to take advantage of Steve offering the Torii IV at the III price - otherwise, truth be told, I probably couldn't afford new. I figure it would make a good birthday present for myself if it shows up in November!

That said, I've made the tough decision of selling one of my guitars to get up the cash and put my order in. I would use a Decware amp, far, far more than I'd play an acoustic.

This is an original, and quite minty, Taylor 710ce from 2003. This was the first year they came out with their new (current) bracing design, and started using the Expression pickup system that is so well loved. The first one I bought I wasn't happy with (Special Order), and the bracing developed a rattle. I sent it in to Taylor, and they replaced it with one they hand picked for me (this one) because they felt is was an excellent example of a 710ce. This guitar is LOUD, and projects well. I grew up playing my Dad's '73 Ovation bowl back acoustic which was well seasoned, so the Taylor had a high bar to surpass.

For Decware friends, I'll let my Taylor go for $2000 flat - I'll cover the shipping, or I'll hand deliver it to you at the Decfest if you're going, or I could ship it ASAP (just need to find a large enough box!). Again, guitar is in perfect condition, it's lived in it's original Taylor Hard Shell Case with a sharkfin humidifier. Case is included obviously. $2000

Well, I certainly know how it is. It is unfortunate in some ways that you can't just go on line and order one and have it arrive a few days later. But as you already know, it's worth the wait.

Waiting on a CSP2+ I ordered myself, there was a bit of a mixup and soon I'll have it. Looking forward to letting it burn in in my second system while I take the trusty old CSP2 there over to my Dad's system to take the place of a ZStage there. We love this hobby, it really does things for us.
