Does anyone have suggestions for a simple two-way crossover for some old Altec Lansing Valencia speakers?  I am restoring a pair my father built in 1973.  The factory N801-8A crossovers are 800 Hz crossovers.  Some people think these speakers sound better crossed over at about 1200 Hertz.  I am currently listening to a Jolida 202 amp, but I am wanting to minimalize the effect of the crossover on the signal as indicated by Steve, thinking I may be acquiring a Zen Triode amp.
