Zkit 4 & Zkit 5 Questions

Do you need ZKIT 5 to use ZKIT 4?
Can Zkit 4 be power by the CDP that it will be used in?
How does one connect The ZKIT 4 to the CDP?

I built the ZKIT 1 great sounding amp.
Now I'm looking into doing some thing to
improve  my CD Player.

Thanks for any info.
