This amp has worked flawlessly for me over the years and is in excellent condition (as you can see from the photo). It was assembled by an experienced builder and has never so much as hiccupped once.

Please note: It has the volume control bypassed, so works as an amp only. I ain't no solder slinger, but my understanding is that you simply remove or put in a resistor to restore the volume control. I've heard the Zen with and without the volume in place, and I prefer the sound with an active pre driving the sucker, but that's your call.

Comes with a nice set of SV83s (the good kind, with the large logo), a Sylvania 5Y3, and an unused NOS Sovtek 6922. I'll also throw in a brand new pair of Sovtek EL84s for you to play around with (the ones in front of the tubes photo).

Comes with copy of manual, including the schematic.

$475 plus shipping and Paypal. For $500, I'll add a new pair of SV83s and a pair of unused NOS Soviet military 6N15N-EBs from the early '80s (the two pairs of tubes in back of the photo), as well as a 5U4 to try in addition to the 5Y3.
