two SE84B amps...tranny wired differently.

Recently I bought another ZEN amp [SE84BW], on the outside identical to my first one. Now I want to make them identical on the inside as well, meaning performing the same changes on this latest one like Vcaps, rca connectors to the front etc.
BUT; after opening them both up and comparing them, I found that the transformers are wired differently to the mains [220V].
In amp one the power goes to blue [thru fuse] and white, in the second to blue/yellow [thru fuse] and white.

Also the two wires connected together in amp one are black and brown, in amp two black/red and brown.
Which is wired correctly?
The manual of the SE34C does not show these colours, so can you help me out?
Nico
