I just have too many tubes ..... if that is possible

Since I have several pairs of power tubes for my 300B amp, I have decided to sell three pairs.

These are all in excellent condition with no more than 100 to 200 hours on them. They all sound good, but very different.

I will only ship them to the continental US and accept PayPal as payment. I will cover the PayPal charge and the buyer will pay the exact shipping charges (well packaged).

Randy, Interested in TJ's. This site has been problematic--the only function that seems to work is posting -- I will try and send pm w/my addy as well. If you dont get it-- let me know here -- I can receive pm's ok so you can send me your addy. As there seem to be a number of versions of TJ's on that site can you give me more detail as to which these are? Or am I just missing it? Roll Eyes

There are 4 different models of TJ 300B tubes : 300B - solid plate 300B/N - mesh (perforated) plate 300B/C - carbon plate 300B/SE - premium The ones I have are the 300B/N - mesh (perforated) plate. However, it looks like the economy is affecting everything ..... and reduced prices are the order of the day ..... If anyone is interested in the Emission Labs meshies, I will take 475.00 + shipping for them from a forum poster or lurker. They are listed on AudioGon for 500.00. Randy

The Shuguang 300BC graphite plate tubes have sold as well .....

Much to my surprise, the Emission Labs mesh plates have not sold ..... the economy must be terrible .....

I have reduced the price on AudioGon to 400.00.
I dare say that a person would have a hard time finding another pair of "perfect" EL meshies at this price.

As you might guess ..... I am in the process of funding another audio purchase .....
If there is any interest, the tubes are listed on AGon under the Accessories \ Tubes section ..... or you can PM or email me.

Well ..... the Emission Labs tubes finally sold .....

On the other hand, the TJ Full Music "mesh plate" tubes were returned to me by the gentleman who bought them .....

He noticed a slight rattling noise in one of the tubes when he gently shook it. From my experience, a lot of Chinese made "big bottle" tubes have a little mechanical noise if you shake them and I never pay much attention to it if the tubes sound good.

These tubes DO sound good and put on the best light show of any 300B I have ever owned ..... including the Emission Labs tubes.

The previous buyer tested the tubes while he had them and they tested good.

If anyone is interested, I will sell them for 170.00 which includes shipping (well packed) and insurance ..... USA only.
