Can this tube be substituted for 5U4 in the Torii III?  It looks to draw 3 vs 2 amps for the heater and the operating parameters seem more robust.  I have a pair of JAN GE that are new and unused.  I love the fact that the power transformers of the Torii do not run HOT and would like to keep it that way.
