Help with these tubes
01/19/11 at 01:26:56

I have 2 signal tubes I've mixed up. Sad They are Russian triode signal tubes I purchased for rolling in my Decware amps.

They have the following markings:

"OTH1" with a diamond "17"
"OTH7" with a diamond "11"

Any help with this is appreciated.

Regards,
Hank

These are the military acceptance markings. They are probably 6N1P's. why don't you post some pictures so we can be sure.

I'll get that done tonight.  Visually, they look the same.

I'm hoping they turn out to be 6922's because they sound better to my ears, than the other variants.

It's highly likely they're 6N1Ps though...
