Hi, I am planning on building a house wrecker with 4 10".

What kind of "cheap" amp would I need?

I'd take a look at http://www.rythmikaudio.com/nonservo_product.htm and lean towards the A350.  your drivers will handle up to 280 watts combined.  The A350 puts our 245 watts @ 8ohms.  It should be just about perfect.
