Looking to boost output levels which tube will do that?

I know that the OA3 is recommended, and some say the OC3 has the best voltage regulation.

Any thoughts?

The 0A3 lets the highest voltage through; the others hold it back giving a more laid back presentation.

I don't have a Mini-Torii but that has been my experience in Toriis and the Zen Monoblocks. I personally like 0D3 and 0B3 best. . . but experimentation is fun.

Two different Questions.

If your Torii came with a Sylvania OA3 I would suggest finding a RCA or GE OA3 pair for $30-40. Maybe less if you get lucky. Something to compare you may be surprised.

Systems are different. Some have more tube stages and gain structures. All about synergy.

I am running either some 1955 RCA’s or 1967 Westinghouse. They both work really well. I have some I’ve never used. Some JAN Sylvania, Marshall, electronics, that I’ve never really compared.

Stock tubes that my Torii shipped with. Jan Sylvania, I prefer the RCA. First impression they sounded stronger. Stock tubes sounded hollow. Like wow! wasn't expecting it.
