Title: Lii Audio Drivers w/ baffles in N. Indiana Post by HockessinKid on 12/27/22 at 19:48:30 Fellow posted some Lii Audio drivers w/ baffles for sale in Northern Indiana. No relationship to the seller, but the F15 drivers have less than 100 hours on them. Here's a link to his Facebook post: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1027619577444972/permalink/1919474828259438/?mibextid=Nif5oz HK |
Title: Re: Lii Audio Drivers w/ baffles in N. Indiana Post by Same Old DD on 12/27/22 at 20:55:51 Kind of looks like a "Group Buy" gone wrong to me. Honestly, I am amazed at, after all the talk about these things needing an extended break in period, that there are so many folks hitting the eject button after about a hundred hours or less. At around one hundred hours, mine still sounded like a kind of Barbie toy or something. They were horrible. Admittedly, it was hard to keep my faith, but Decware has never let me down and I hung in there until I started to hear them sounding about right. It took a while! Now, you could not talk me out of mine. |
Title: Re: Lii Audio Drivers w/ baffles in N. Indiana Post by HockessinKid on 12/27/22 at 21:12:51 I encouraged the seller to do hardwood baffles, he did MDF. Told him he needed +250 hours. Became totally impatient at 50 hours. Some people just don't want to listen. Thankful for insights and recommendations of many forum posters here on Decware. HK |
