Just  a general question.
I have sent numerous emails to Decware with zero replies.

What is other people experience?
That is emails spreading over a 12 months period.

This is regarding a purchase order from July 2021  with components upgrade request.

I find that giving Decwsre a call is the best way to ask those type of questions. If it is a questioned that is best answered by Steve, an appointed for a date/time to discuss with him can be set up on that call.

I too find calling to be the best. My calls have always been answered, but emailing has not proven to be as reliable.

Oh wow,

Thank you all, I was under the impression I did not want to imposed an Immediate response by calling.

Hopefully someone will return my emails. I do still feel uncomfortable to call and asking for an "immediate" answer.
