1 pair Omega Jr. XRS rear ported tower speakers customized with single, crossover-less 6.5” ALNICO drivers. These drivers are a nice upgrade over the 8” RS8 Omegacone ferrite drivers. $200 upgrade.

These Omega in-house designed ALNICO HempCone drivers offer the following:
- perfect point source and phase time accurate
- full-range driver with felt diffraction ring and 25mm voice coil
- 1-piece whizzer / dustcap assembly
- dual cone with twin rolled edge surround
- lightweight hemp cone material with treated and pleated accordion fabric surround
- open, cast aluminum basket which greatly reduces back wave bounce-back
- powerful Alnico motor
- 8 ohm impedance
- 95dB SPL

Finished in fine elegant Sapele veneer, a serious upgrade over the base EKO offerings. $200 upgrade.

Approx. 200 hours on them.

I am the original owner. Purchased March 2020.

In very good to outstanding cosmetic condition, save for a very minimal small blemish at the top right corner of the left speaker, only noticeable upon close inspection, and a repair of very small area on the underside of the right speaker which isn’t visible when in normal upright position (see photos).

The fabric magnetic grilles were kept off most of the time so that the color of the Sapele veneer would age evenly immediately around the outside adjacent edge of the drivers. This is readily seen in the photos.

Original shipping box and packaging. Box holds both speakers.

Asking $1,800. Original cost $2,295.
