The only way it won't pass a signal is if the inputs and outputs are hooked up in reverse, the tube is bad despite being lit or the unit has internal damage, perhaps from shipping.

Here is the scam. Second account to message me about selling me a “DECWARE Zen 300B” with an email address I should message. Both messages looked almost identical. I deleted the first one so cannot verify that. Their account was deleted as a scammer.

“DECWARE Zen 300B” is what I called it in my post saying I wanted to buy one. This was before it was named Sarah.

Give him a chance.

He has already professed as our "God of Saviors" and I would love to see some things cleaned up.

Yeh, I looked at his posts and they look all legit.

I went as far as clicking the delete account button, but when it asked me if I was sure, I didn't pull the trigger.

I don't want to be a jerk if the guy is legit, but.....

Maybe I need to go ahead and dropkick the account.

“Con” requires confidence. The best way to achieve confidence is to write a few legit posts. If he sent a shaky PM to GroovySauce, that’s all one needs to know. I’d let the evaluation of that PM alone decide his fate.

He asked about using 6BQ7As in his Decware preamp and never came back on the forum to check for answers. :-?

I answered his question, but just deleted my post.
