After changing out all five tubes original tubes for the exact same tubes I get very low volume....Which tube is responsible? 2016/2017 zp3.

Be sure you have the 12AU7 and the 12AX7 in the proper positions. . .

I found that mistake right after I posted but it didn't make a difference...

Well it should have as I understand it. If all tubes are in the proper positions I'm mystified. A call or email to Steve is probably in order.

I'd first put the original tubes back in and make sure the amp is working correctly at the correct volume. Then substitute one new tube at a time.

I put the original first three in, all is good...Sad but I use my player maybe 6 times last yer from painting home and moving records in a closet...

FWIW it sounds like one (or maybe both) of the new 12AX7s are bad.
