Administration is there a way to get those disruptive posts from asuka.harada removed? Or limit a new member to one post in 24 hours? Better yet, some code to block repetitive copies of the same posts globally on this forum?

I feel blessed to have lived in the age of a blossoming internet. But more and more find it very frustrating with it's abuse by unscrupulous business and dumb ass people.

Agreed. It's completey obnoxious. Given that the newest YouTube review of Decware products hit the web yesterday, the timing seems more than coincidental.

Maybe competition!

A vetting process would work but be time consuming for the administration. I have a couple groups that require answering a few select questions pertaining to subject matter that need reviewed by the administration before allowing post submittal of a new member. Works well.

JMO but since Steve is the message board admin and I'd prefer he spend his time on anything except administering the message board I'm OK with the occasional spamfest.

I've thought several times about asking if I could be a Moderator for this forum. Someone to ride shotgun and keep all you heathens under control.

As I an getting into the twilight years of my mediocre career, it might be just the thing to liven up my day.

Going out on a limb here, but I would vote for him as moderator. As a shotgun owning heathen I feel we may well see aye to aye on a lot of things. Actually surprised to see all that crap on the forum, but would rather have Steve and the team doing the Decware thing. Happy listening mate, Chris.

Spammer and his posts have been vaporized and Donnie has been promoted.

A job for forum moderators who are bored is to go to the last page of this General Discussion and Support board and move the oldest posts to the appropriate boards.

For example going to the last page, you will see a 2013 post called 'Decware Torii Mk III distortion'. You would move it to the TORII MK III forum. This is something I do whenever I get bored. So far since this forum was started I have done it at least twice. If I did it now, I would get in trouble for not working on amplifiers.

Truthfully, I wouldn't mind helping out around here at all and I bet that I have at least glanced at 95% of all of the post for the last 10-12 years.
