Title: Audiophile language Post by kulafu on 12/10/21 at 14:22:56 Greetings! I received my UFO25th and Torii Jr this week! Currently burning in albeit at low volumes....I enjoy listening to music and I am certainly not an audiophile guru but learning. I will be providing my experience given this level of knowledge. I am using the following to get my lingo going but ATM, I am thoroughly enjoying these wonderful amps much so that I can't wait to turn them on in the morning. https://www.moon-audio.com/audiophile-terms-guide If there is a better knowledge base please let me know. Thanks! Bob |
Title: Re: Audiophile language Post by Donnie on 12/10/21 at 15:12:35 I prefer Sanskrit to describe audiophile terms. That way everyone is confused. |
Title: Re: Audiophile language Post by Lon on 12/10/21 at 15:25:32 Congrats on receiving these amps! You have a lot of great listening discovery ahead. Unlike Donnie I don't favor Sanskrit. Just use your own words describing what you hear. We're all music-loving listeners here, not critics or brochure writers. We'll understand. |
