Has anyone used Steve's adapter on their Decware amp? Thus obviously applies to amps without a headphone jack.

How is the audio quality vs. those with a jack?

Reference grade tube headphone amplifier is great with Dynamic and Planar headphones! Even one of the better headphone manufactures in the USA is using it as a AC cord, Fused IEC connector provided with removable power cord.
