Hello all,

I've been following all the discussions of DACS on here (and elsewhere). If anyone decides to upgrade to the Pontus from their Ares 2 or just wants to sell their Ares 2, I would be interested. I'm thinking about ordering from Denafrips, but I figured I'd check to see if a used one might be available first. Hope all of you are doing well this Spring,

Just thought I'd try again to see if anyone is looking to part with an Ares 2 in the near future. If not, I'll probably order from Denafrips directly in June. Cheers to you all.

I have only used it for 10 hours or so, so its virtually brand new. I would like $700 US for the price. I upgraded to the Pontus as i felt there was capacity in my system for the upgrade.

Thanks for the offer. I just ordered a new unit from Vinshine Audio a few days ago and it arrived in the USA tomorrow. Hoping to get it later this week.

Looks like someone else is going to get lucky...

Great information and guidance Steve. Thank you. I have adjusted Roon volume adjust -13.8 using DSP settings per your suggestion. Now for some critical listening.
