Ok so you have two switches are the two switches suppose to be in the same position creating two different sounds, or can they be in different positions creating four different sounds?

I would use both switches in the same position . . . that way each speaker is fed the same "signal" . . . .

There is certainly no harm in having the switches in different positions but I agree with Lon that it makes sense to choose one or the other. I'll say however in my system (that can resolve significant differences between fuses and cables) I hear no difference changing the impedance switch.

Do you use the amp to drive just the tweeters?

No I use the amp to drive just the mid drivers. I do hear a difference when I switch them and I thought the same that both should be in the same position, I just wanted to be sure thanks guys...
