any recommendations or help/advice would be appreciated. This long term decware fan has amps, preamps, connects, phono amps, power conditioners, speakers, speaker cables, stands, many tubes, most nos, top quality stuff....I don't want to give this equipment away but would rather have have it go to friends, aquaintences, and enthusiasts here first. It will take me a week to put a list together. My first priority is to make this as easy as possible but don't know whether to predetermine/set prices with mininums or go to the highest bidder?...shipping has to be simple as well as payment. My son and wife won't/can't make sense of this complexity even though he has decware equipment...he has little time and a multitude of projects and I don't want to burden him/them with this task....I have two local audio retailers who know me well and both have been advised and will be there to either buy or put on consignment. I am overwhelmed with doctor appointments, evaluations, trips to UW madison cancer care then after that treatment locally in Rockford IL. Add to this is drug choices, prescriptions, transportation ( I can't drive now). I am only 90 miles from suburban Chicago and the same from Madison so there always is the oportunity to visit and take a look and take the purchase(s) with you...thanks in advance for your help and advice.

Dave I feel for you. I pray for a cure. You need a list of what you would like to sell and people could make offers from there. If you have a ZMA, I would be interested in one. :)

I also have 3 tts plus carts both mm & mc and step-ups; included decware zp3.....some/most unused or mounted; a very beautiful rega with advanced add-ons including groove tracer...it's set-up but unused, decware speaker cables :styx.....3 cp2 & 2+ preamps, vinyl cleaning options, vinyl records & cd's. Info will be added as soon as I can get to it....I go to treatment monday with a week start from 9-3 Monday then off to Madison to meet & stay? at UW madison cancer care & have assessments and tests with surgical oncologist. so sell off will probably begin in 2 weeks, first come first served..those with reasonable offers....other advice encouraged....thanks for your help....no more medical info is necessary on this forum and I'll be specific to the gear that I am offering asap....Dave/dla405j

Life is so challenging. My partner, she is having some major issues too. I feel for you.

If you are able to put a list together though, I might be interested in the speaker cables or tts.

Dave, sorry for what you are going through; but please don’t sell everything. Keep some equipment for yourself so that after you long appointments you can come home, relax and play some music to sooth your soul. Listening to good music is part of the recovery process. Stay strong my friend.

I would say, As you are "overwhelmed with doctor appointments, evaluations, trips to UW madison cancer care"; I advise: turn the whole mess over to the "two local audio retailers who know me well and both have been advised and will be there to either buy or put on consignment."

There is no need for you to be bothered with this.

I second Brian's emotion. Then you can post the dealer's information so the people here can contact him if they are interested in anything. You don't need to be bothered with selling shit when you are fighting for a decent quality of life.
