What do rack mounts for the Otari look like?

There are 6 holes on each side, 4 are for the side panels. the other 2 holes look to be for rack mount adaptors, are they?

My Tascom 32 deck rack adaptors have 3 holes to bolt to the deck on each side.

I don't think 2 holes are enough for the Otari deck, which heavier.

Anyone have rack adaptors (for an Otari MX 5050 B2hd) for sale?
