Title: DCM KX12 w/Zen? Post by metropolis7 on 10/21/18 at 20:19:38 Normally, these speakers would never be on my radar to purchase. Alas, I see a pair sitting near my dumpster and decide to give them a shot. I remember them being designed as a rattle-the-floors party speaker with exaggerated bass. Also remember them being high efficiency. Indeed they are, 99db. The proof will be in the pudding, but I haven't yet installed them with my Zen Select. Before I do, I thought I would poll you all for opinions/speculation. What do you think of this combo? "Can't put lipstick on a pig" or "might be great"? :)
