I had the good fortune of buying an ARC LS17 SE. Now, with only 37 hours on her and some comparisons...I'm willing to part with my CSP3. I could happily live with the CSP3 driving my Zen Mystery Amplifier. However, my new Pre takes the ZMA to a whole other level. I should keep the CSP3 for the great headphone amp that it also is (not into headphones/maybe in some years down the road). However, I adopted a new policy in 2015: "If it sits...it gets sold." Good Karma as well, to move it on. I've sold other Decware=every piece has been great. I've found my soul with the Decware ZDSD (w/Decware Designed Output Stage), ARC LS17 SE & Decware ZMA.

Purchased new: Built Feb/March of 2014 and I received in early April of 2014, to drive my ZMA.

Please feel free to make me an offer + PayPal and shipping (lower 48 states only). I will ship with the stock tubes (they don't have many hours on them ~ I use NOS).

Hi Archie. Yes, stock tubes go with it.

The ARC LS17 original sold for 4k. The retro upgrade to SE was 795.00. Then the SE version came out and they raised the price in 2014 because it was as good as the LS26 and Ref 3. So, they raised the price to $5500.00.

I got my ARC LS17 SE new in box and full warranty for $2790.00. This Preamp is just sublime and powerful. It is hard to shut it off and leave the Room! I run my ZMA or McIntosh MC 152.

Earthmaster, I believe you will need 5, 6 or 7 posts to PM me. No worries, we do not get our underwear in a bunch, if you are new here and want to buy something. (Zealots at the Polk Forum..... ). Love my SDA's for mid-fi, but my ZMA crushes that System with CSP3 and now LS17 SE. So, it is cool if you stick around or don't. We hope you do?! ....and Welcome to the Forum.

Stone, when I saw your ad, I sent a message to a buddy, saying he should buy this. I haven't heard back from him. He has been considering buying a Z-Stage for his SS rig but I've been trying to convince him for a bit more he could have this much more flexible pre-amp. I have all the gear I can use, as you know. Is your CSP3 still available or should I stop pestering my buddy?. Mark.

PS...the only upgrade is the bees wax caps correct? What kind of base?

Hi Mark. Correct, the only upgrade is the beeswax caps and has the walnut base, as listed above also.

So, just as I thought, it takes 2 to 4 times the cost. When I bought my first Decware gear I thought I was spending way too much and now I see what a deal I got! :D

Hi Earth. It is up to you about the warranty. I would call Steve about the wait time. You would need to pay the shipping to Decware and then shipping to you.
