So the discussion of vintage belden and WE cables peaked my interest. I wanted to try it out but had been reading up on Blue Jeans (NOT audiophile approved I know!) But couldn't help but wonder if they're claim holds up. So for $53.00 I pulled the trigger and ordered some bog standard cable at 100 feet. I cut it and hooked it up and was impressed fresh out of the box. Warm, detailed, extended in the bottom and just plain old good sounding. I'm not disappointed in any respect as of now. We'll see how it progresses.

i was running kimber 4vs cable and recently bought AQ type 4 and BJ 10ga cable. like the bluejeans the best at only $65 terminated for pr of 6'ers.

Its astonishingly good considering the price was for 100 feet. Even at an 8 foot pair of pay the price. Its not the best but it is good enough for me to tap my feet while listening and play conductor with my hands. So yeah, it ticks off the musical boxes no problem.

The Belden is highly comunicative. I'm easily able to distinguish recording quality and fine details from the performances come through easily and unforced. Relaxed is a good description, as is comfortable.

I should get my new 8402 interconnects today.

The combo of 8402 interconnects and modern belden speaker cable is a great value. I'd like to here them over a more transparent speaker then my Klipsches.

The combo of modern belden speaker cable and 8402 rca's is pure magic. Such tone and saturation. Its wonderful. Captivating. Toe taping.
