What, they couldn't afford one species of wood and had to scab it together? Probably made from pallets that the hardware came in on.

Yup, that's a beauty!  Makes me miss my old listening room(s) where I put a baby grand piano between  and about 6 feet behind the speakers.  I used to play it, record it on tape from the sweet spot and then run back and listen to it from the same spot for my own amusement.  

I actually got it sounding so real I was certain a ghost was somehow playing it without moving the keys... so one night I placed a PZM microphone and some accelerometers that I used to measure speaker box vibration inside the piano and sure enough, it was producing sound from the sympathetic resonance.  The result was a nice ambiance of decayed sound from the actual music across the whole spectrum.

You can imagine my disillusionment because I was starting to think I had the worlds best speakers.
