I know the VR O*3 tubes can be swapped around but what about the O*2 Tubes?

Well, they certainly can be on the Torii Mk III, so I imagine so in the Mini-Torii. I've used OA2 with good result.

You can use

0A2 – 150 volts
0B2 – 108 volts (best regulation of these three)
0C2 – 72 volts (stock)

I would try OB2 as it is closer in specs to the stock OC2
