Dear Steve,

What is the plate voltage of the 6N1P tubes (input and driver position) in your CSP2+ amp?

The reason why I'm asking is because I have a vacuum tube tester which allows me to set the plate voltage for the tubes being tested.

Hi Rivieraranch,

What I meant to ask was the actual plate (anode) voltage used by the CSP2+ amp for the 6N1P tubes.

From the data sheets, the max anode voltage is 300V. H/W, amp designers can choose any amount up to the max specified amount.

I think I'll send an e-mail to Steve about this question.
