Well if you can believe that Tibetan Temple bells act as audio tweek I have a new one for ya. This Christmas tree is screwing up my sound, DUDE! Actually the tree is fine it is just all those ornaments. Bah humbug. I barely turn up the volume and I think all those hollow sphere's are possibly ringing.
I think I will watch TV.

I actually think those Tibetan bell thingies are pretty cool, and they sure are pretty. I tried the Synergistic Research MIG: Mechanical Interface Grounding devices, and while not bad, I do not find them as effective as Herbie's Audio Lab Iso-Cups. They are, however, quite cool looking. I know that others disagree, and I respect their experience.

In either case, however, I do not know how one could argue with the CCE or Hazen Grid Mod. It makes a clearly audible difference in Decware amps. But perhaps Walt is just having fun with us, eh? ;)

I was not in any way dissing the engineering behind the Torii. I wasa trying to add humor to the fact I was thinking my Christmas tree was doofing up my sound. As a mater of fact I have come to believe the recent tubes wearing in was the culprit all along. So I was wrong all along. What did Rick Perry just say.....Oops, sorry...everyone go about there business and ignore my above posts.....OOPS!

Walt, consider me appropriately dumbed down. ;D And laughing! But I still think the Tibetan bells are pretty.

Anyway, I can report this: ever since I plugged in the Christmas tree, the PS Audio Noise Assassins I have plugged in around the room have been much more active. But the little blue blinkers have a very Christmas feel to them. ;)

I was thinking about going retro with a silver foil tree and a color wheel. On second thought I wonder if the tree would be a source of RFI being a big aluminum antenna thingy.

The tree may be an antennae, but they sell dongles that make great ornaments, plus they will hunt down, and kill! RFI

Nah, I think we have the best that we can have, technology wise. The technology seems to be working at compressing and otherwise dumbing down audio qualities. We'll have to stick with our old thermionic valve technology and the wonderful implementation of speaker designs we have. ;)
