Title: FRX BREAK IN
Post by 4krow on 06/10/11 at 16:11:14

I will have my second FRX arriving next Tuesday. The one that I have is still breaking in(about 25 hrs. on it). I know that I have read somewhere here what to expect for break in time, but I don't remember how many hours it was. Not like I feel that these drivers have a long way to go. There really isn't any shout, and I would readily say it if there was. So far, I am very satisified(especially using my sub with em), and Thats ONE SPEAKER IN MONO.... 8-)

Break-in can be a real bitch. . . .

Exxcelent Lon,
The picture a thousand words, heh heh. Fortunately, I now have both speakers and don't think that there a great deal of break in (the kind that makes you leave the room) to be suffered. I am already listening to cd's now and then and enjoying them. As always with a new sound, I am hearing new details like in the Fleetwood Mac Album 'Mystery to me' Very cool and it sounds more like a live album instead of a strange recording. Hmmm, what do others sound like....
