I don't believe Steve has a trademark on the term "Zen". (Others used it prior to him for audio equipment. For him I think its more of a descriptor.) What language is that? |
Title: Re: Help: is this a true Zen SE84? Post by steffy72004 on 03/28/11 at 15:00:17 Language is lithuanian:) says that tubes used are 6p-15p and 6c-19. You think that this amp is any good? I know, difficult question, but I am new to tubes and I was thinking could be an inexpensive but not so bad way to start. Thank you! |
Title: Re: Help: is this a true Zen SE84? Post by JLM on 03/28/11 at 22:17:16 I spent 5 weeks in Finland in the 70's, thought it looked faguely familiar. Impossible to know from tubes used and physical appearance. Here's a respectable small tube amp (a bit cheaper that the Decware SE84): http://www.6moons.com/audioreviews/glow/one.html |
