Title: New Build Post by Bagwan on 09/13/07 at 22:56:05 Ok, got a few more questions for a 10" DB. I bought a skid of 10" and 12" Infinitys and Alpine Woofers, and have started on my DB10. Has any one tried a 10 and a passive radiator? I was thinking of chopping off a voice coil in one of the extra 10's and giving it a shot. Also, should I put internal bracing in this box? How about dampening material? Thanks in advance!

Title: Re: New Build Post by Adrian on 09/14/07 at 18:05:17 using a pr in the sealed chamber ? it's a "give it a shot" idea. i know someone tried it with the hwk10 and was pleased. worst case scenario : you have to block the hole left from the pr. trouble is you have to use twice the cone area, so 2 10inch pr's are needed.
