Title: Too hot for my SE84CS !!!!
Post by Scooterman on 07/22/06 at 02:18:47

106 degrees outside today. My SE84CS really heats up my room...
I decided to pull it out and run my Teac A-L700P instead. After all, it's 30w and runs cool.

3 hours latter...

I'm pulling the Teac back out. I guess the heat is what makes the Decware sound so good!  :)

HAHAHAHA!!!
I'm sitting here butt-naked listening to Fleetwood Mac! The sound is just unreal!!! (Who would have thought that clothing was such a dampener?)

Seriously...Steve must have used some real magic wire in this amp! It just sounds so good. (Hate to see the a/c power bill this month!)

Oh...
I'm really not naked either. I don't want anybody thinking us Californians are strange... ???

You're too late.

:D

I've been enjoying mine, too. Yeah, it's hot outside, but my good gear is all inside, nice and cool. Even way after dark the evenings have been a little too hot to enjoy my garden system, this week. Last week was a different story, very pleasant, here (Indy) last week, but it's dog days now ... heat records are in danger this year.
